These terms govern your use of the Swyft AI website (swyftai.ca), our chat widget, our text messaging program, and our services. Swyft AI ("we", "us") is a registered business based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. By using our website or communicating with us by phone, text, or chat, you agree to these terms.
What we do
Swyft AI provides AI-powered call answering, missed-call text-back, and appointment booking services to businesses, primarily medical spas and aesthetic clinics in Ontario. Service terms for clinic clients (pricing, guarantees, service levels) are set out in each client's written agreement, which governs if it conflicts with these general terms.
Text messaging program
- If you call our business line and reach voicemail, or share your number through our website chat widget, you may receive a text reply to your inquiry, and appointment-related confirmations and reminders if you book with us.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier.
- Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; you will receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@swyftai.ca.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Not medical advice
Swyft AI answers calls and books appointments. We do not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations, and nothing communicated by our AI receptionists should be treated as medical advice. Medical questions are referred to the relevant clinic's qualified staff.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or messaging services, including sending unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent content, attempting to disrupt the service, or using it to violate any applicable law, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Intellectual property
The content, design, and branding on this website belong to Swyft AI. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and messaging program are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swyft AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or messaging program. For clinic clients, our total liability is limited as set out in the client agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website or messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
